It wasn’t until Natasha helped set up a program for a credit union in Ohio that she discovered her love for project management. After finishing that project in four months rather than the expected six, she sought to build upon her project management experience. At her next job, she was the first project manager and helped start a project management department. In this role she handled CIS migrations, bill redesigns, and other billing related projects for utilities nationwide. She earned her PMP in 2015 and leveraged that certification to become a project management office (PMO) manager, where she created the processes and procedures for her PMO. Natasha brings all of her project management experience to EMI, where she will be working with our largest clients and will get to participate in work that gives back to the community!

Where is your favorite spot in the world?
Santorini, Greece. I visited because my family came from Greece, but the whitewashed houses on the cliffs overlooking the sea made it one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever seen.
What is it like working with you?
I’m honest and transparent; I tend to not sugarcoat things. I’m someone my team can rely on to get things done. I’m also somebody people can come to help brainstorm how to handle the types of problems that don’t occur frequently or for which there isn’t yet a process.
What are the problems you like to solve?
Starting out with this high-level idea, and then breaking it up into pieces. There is a satisfaction to taking those pieces and translating them into tasks where your team knows exactly what they need to do.
